REINFORCED

In order to enforce the strength of each marble top, we have glued a net underneath. This has a tremendous impact and can only be noticed by looking at the table from the bottom.

PROTECTED & NO COLD HAND-FEEL

Almost all table tops have been treated with a special acrylic layer to make the marble 100% resistant towards all liquids, such as red wine, oil, etc. This layer also helps to reduce the cold hand-feel on the surface, making it a more comfortable material.

COATED & NO GREASE MARKS

All iron frames have been coated with a protective powder coat. For our stainless steel frames, we have applied an “anti grease” fingerprint coating, protecting the beautiful steel from any marks a simple fingerprint can leave.

At NORDST we are experts dealing with marble stones. Therefore we know the pitfalls and have created measures to deal with them.
Throughout many years dealing with marble, we have identified the most unique marble colors from various places around the world. We buy blocks directly from the respective quarries, which helps us to keep the lowest price possible and ensure we get exactly the quality we want.
We have also considered the durability of each stone. Although marble is fragile, if treated the right way, it is a very strong material.

In NORDST we use a special product for our polished marble tables, making them completely resistant to all liquids, such as red wine, oil, etc. This layer also helps the table to keep its polished finish.
For our honed marble tables we treat the tables with a standard sealer, however this treatment is not life long and we recommend yearly treatments, depending on usage of the marble table.
Maintenance tips:
Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth.
For daily cleaning use a damp cloth, never use strong chemicals.

BESPOKE FRAMES

Our iron and steel frames are all made with attention to details and durability.
The bases have carefully been designed to both support the heavy table tops, and look beautiful and light.
All bases are hand built, reinforced to sustain the heavy table tops. Since they are hand built, we have no tolerance for welding marks.
For our stainless steel frames, they are coated with an “anti grease” fingerprint coating. Assuring that the beautiful stainless steel is not compromised by any fingerprint marks.
All iron frames has been coated with a protective powder coat.
NORDST produces all table legs in Iron powder coated (Black or White), Stainless steel, Brass plated steel, and Copper plated steel.
